Service coördinator

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS Service coördinator

  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming service requests by phone and email
  • Register, prioritise and follow up on service requests and tickets
  • Plan and coordinate appointments with internal service teams, field service and external technicians
  • Align required parts, documentation and information for each service request
  • Keep customers informed about progress, planning and follow-up
  • Maintain service documentation and workflows in internal systems (including Jira, ERP and Excel)
  • Report recurring issues to the engineering department and provide clear feedback from the field

WHO YOU ARE AS Service coördinator

  • Minimum MBO working and thinking level, preferably in a technical or related field
  • Experience in service processes, technical support or planning
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, batteries or industrial equipment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good command of Dutch and English
  • Experience with ERP or service management systems

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of voltage or electrical safety (training possible)
  • A customer-focused and solution-driven mindset
  • Ability to work calmly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
