In this role, you will work on the construction and further development of prototypes. You translate designs into practical solutions and collaborate closely with engineers to continuously improve products.
Building, assembling and modifying prototypes of products and systems
Supporting the mechanical and electrical integration of prototypes into vehicles and machines
Translating technical drawings and schematics into functional assemblies
Performing mechanical assembly, wiring and basic electrical work
Identifying and solving practical bottlenecks during the build process
Testing, analyzing and improving prototypes in collaboration with engineers
Documenting build steps, changes and findings

Completed technical education, such as Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or similar
Proven experience with assembly, prototype construction or product development
Strong mechanical skills and basic knowledge of electronics and electrical systems
Independent, accurate and solution-oriented
Hands-on mindset with attention to quality and detail
Affinity with electrification and sustainable mobility
Good communication skills
Good command of English; Dutch or German is a plus
