What will you do as Project Manager Assembly

As Project Manager Assembly you will be responsible for coordinating and driving the assembly process of our innovative electric vehicles and components. You will ensure that projects run smoothly, are completed on time and within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Your duties include:

 

  1. Managing and coaching the assembly team.
  2. Establish and monitor project schedules and deadlines.
  3. Coordinate procurement and logistics of materials in collaboration with the purchasing department.
  4. Monitor quality and safety standards during the assembly process.
  5. Identify and resolve bottlenecks within the production process.
  6. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on project progress.
  7. Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Who are you and what do we ask of you as Project Manager Assembly

  • A completed college degree in mechanical, electrical or similar engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position within the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience of managing a team and strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (experience with Exact is a plus).
  • Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Affinity with sustainable technologies and innovation.
