What will you do as After Sales Employee

As an After Sales Employee, you play a crucial role in supporting the sales process and providing excellent after-sales service to our customers. You are the link between our customers and internal departments, ensuring flawless follow-up and contributing to improving quality and efficiency. With your customer-oriented approach, you ensure that every customer has a positive experience, even after the sale.

Maintain customer contact: You follow up with customers after a purchase, answering questions and offering solutions where necessary.
Assisting with quotations: You will support the preparation of quotations and think about commercial opportunities.
Process improvements: You make proposals to improve the quality and efficiency of our processes, without losing sight of day-to-day operations.
Service-oriented acting: You ensure that our customers are always at the centre of attention and go the extra mile to meet their expectations.

Who are you and what do we ask of you as After Sales Employee

A completed MBO or college education, preferably in a commercial or administrative field.
Several years of experience in a similar role, such as customer contact, after sales or sales support.
A customer-oriented attitude and a strong focus on quality and service.
Good organisational skills and an eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
Affinity with systems such as CRM software and Microsoft Office.
