We are looking for a motivated and reliable Financial Assistant to join our team. Are you a recent graduate or do you already have some experience and are you accurate and eager to learn? Then we would love to hear from you!

Job description:
We are looking for a proactive and accurate Financial Assistant to support our finance team, the position can also be filled part-time.

What will you do as Financial Assistant

Process and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Books from the banks
Support daily financial processes and ensure accurate data entry.
Preparation of periodic financial reports.
Processing salaries and ensuring timely and accurate payroll.

Who are you and what do we ask of you as Financial Assistant

MBO degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar field.
Experience with ERP systems (Exact is a plus) and good knowledge of Excel.
Strong eye for detail and good organisational skills.
Willingness to learn and develop yourself.
Able to work independently and manage time well.
