You will work at Urban Mobility Systems B.V., a leading clean tech engineering company enabling zero-emission construction machinery and mobility solutions. Based in Oss, we work to create sustainable and efficient mobility solutions. As a Recruiter, you play a crucial role in attracting and selecting talent that supports our mission to make cities more sustainable and liveable.
What will you do as Recruiter
- Recruitment and selection: Responsible for the entire recruitment process, from preparing vacancies to selecting suitable candidates for various positions within the company.
- Talent acquisition: Actively search for talent through various recruitment channels, including job websites, social media and networking events.
- Screening: Screening CVs and cover letters to assess candidates' suitability for specific positions.
- Interviewing: Conduct structured interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience and suitability for the job.
- Relationship management: Maintain contacts with candidates, both active and passive, to build a pool of qualified candidates for future vacancies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and other team members to understand and fulfil the company's recruitment needs.
Who are you and what do we ask of you as Recruiter
- Experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a technical or innovative environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages.
- Experience in using recruitment software and tools is a plus.
