As Service coordinator You will be the first point of contact for all service enquiries within our electric battery department. You will manage incoming service requests, schedule field visits for service engineers and ensure smooth communication between customers, engineering and the service teams.
You have a basic knowledge of electrical or battery engineering, but your main focus is on communication, planning and coordination. You will play a central role in ensuring reliable technical support for our battery solutions in heavy electric vehicles such as excavators.
What will you do as Service coordinator
- First point of contact for incoming service enquiries by phone or e-mail.
- Register, prioritise and follow up service requests or tickets.
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments for field service and external technicians.
- Matching required parts, tools and documentation for service visits.
- Inform customers of progress, expected schedule and follow-up.
- Maintain service documentation and work orders in systems (such as Jira, ERP or Excel).
- Escalate technical issues to engineering and ensure clear feedback.
- Collaborate with workshop, logistics and R&D for smooth execution of service orders.
Who are you and what do we ask of you as Service coordinator
- MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a technical or logistics field.
- Experience in a service-oriented, technical or planning role.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, batteries or industrial equipment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
- Familiarity with ERP or service management systems.
